A Shout Out to our Amazing Assistants

Although there are still a few months left of the year, AdminAssist can certainly attest to 2016 being a truly exceptional year for us. Not only have we had a dramatic increase in clients and a vastly expanded geographical footprint of our brand locally and internationally, but we also had the privilege of being one of the top 30 finalists in the 702 Small Business Awards – which might we add, receive more than 900 nominations per year!

AdminAssist is also proud to announce that we will be part taking in the South African Small Business Awards in three categories:

  • National Small Business Champion of the Year
  • National Entrepreneur Champion of the Year
  • Woman in Business Champion of the Year

We would never reach this level of success without an extraordinary and dedicated team of on-site and virtual assistants. Their hard work, expertise and skills make our work possible, and we are continually excited about the mutual benefit we derive from our partnership. We asked our assistants about the impact AdminAssist has had on their lives. Here is what they had to say:

“I am a farmer’s wife and stay at home mom of three small children. I was introduced to AdminAssist through a friend. AdminAssist has helped me to stay connected to the business world, granting me the opportunity to stay relevant and connected to the market place.  Through AdminAssist I have been exposed to a wide variety of tasks for several diverse clients in different industries. This has broadened my area of experience and grown me as an individual.”

Virtual Assistant, Michelle Greyling

“Currently I am employed at a wonderful firm in my second month. I am most grateful to Admin Assist for their continuous effort, their upliftment and their total faith in my abilities.  They proved to be helpful, encouraging, friendly and totally committed to finding a position which was good and suited for me. I was given their detail via an sms by a dear friend.”

Onsite Assistant, Judith Loots

“I am a 40-year-old woman who started her own company 3 years ago. Because of the current tough economic situation in our country I needed an extra income without giving up on my own company. I became a part of AdminAssist when I heard via the grapevine that a lawyer needed assistance on Wednesday mornings and this grew into me helping out for 3 days per week for the next month.

I am very grateful for AdminAssist. I have extra time on my hands and needed the money. Since then I’ve had numerous jobs, where I can make a difference in assisting companies with administration, making their lives easier.

Thank you AdminAssist!”

Coordinator and Onsite Assistant, Rialette du Plessis

Thank you to every single assistant for their great contribution to our team! Thank you for your integrity and professionalism when dealing with our clients. You are an integral part of our success and for that we are exceptionally thankful!
