Lourita is the founder and managing director of AdminAssist. She is a maximizer - she can see the potential in people, situations and things and know how to apply it to full effect. She’s also a guru of making the most of opportunities. No-one can scrape more peanut butter out of a jar than she can.
Lourita wants her clients to do more of the things that they’re good at and to outsource the rest. This is why she started AdminAssist and, together with Marcia, has grown the business to a team of 47 assistants and more than 300 clients in just 5 years. She lives in Pretoria, has travelled extensively, is married to Heinrich and raises 3 beautiful children.
Marcia holds a Honors degree in Marketing Management, undoubtedly making her the marketing director at AdminAssist. She is a multitasker of note and has an uncanny ability to keep multiple balls in the air while humming a happy, trendy tune.
Currently living the life of a digital nomad in New Zealand, Marcia is on a mission to solve one administrative crisis after another across international borders.
Besides travelling, Marcia loves all things related to coffee, siestas and secondhand stores.
